All chocolate work is hand crafted onsite in our specially designed production kitchen, using traditional methods of tempering, moulding and filling pralines.

Most recipes originate from over 32 years’ experience gained working alongside Master Chocolatiers from Belgium, Germany and France. From the time we launched in 2016 our goal has been simple – to create beautiful, handcrafted chocolates.
Our creative take adds a new contemporary approach, while staying true to traditional flavours and techniques of hand tempering and filling chocolates. We source natural ingredients of the highest quality, locally & abroad, that offer the very best in flavour. Being respectful of the origin and integrity of where and how our ingredients are made.
We only use premium Belgian couverture chocolate made from sustainably sourced cocoa beans from plantations in West & East Africa and South America. We work closely with our suppliers in Europe. As a specialist chocolate business, we work with specialist suppliers because we are confident of their commitment to fair and sustainable cocoa production – Rainforest Alliance approved.
